The Oliva family’s story in tobacco began in Cuba in 1886 and has blossomed over generations into one of the most respected names in the cigar world. Now one of the largest tobacco growers in Nicaragua, Oliva has earned critical acclaim for their masterfully blended cigars, including the legendary, 96-rated Serie V Melanio. The brand is a testament to family tradition and is celebrated for its rich, flavorful, and impeccably constructed Nicaraguan puros.

  • A medium-bodied smoke with a rich, creamy profile and tasting notes of earth, cedar, nuts, and spice, with a hint of sweetness. The Cameroon wrapper contributes a subtly spicy character that complements the Nicaraguan filler tobaccos.

  • Oliva Nub Connecticut cigars offer a mild to medium-bodied smoking experience with a creamy, nutty profile and hints of sweetness. The initial puffs often reveal notes of cream and vanilla, which evolve into a cedar and earthy character with subtle hints of cinnamon and toasted almonds. The finish is often described as clean and toasty.

  • Oliva Nub Maduro cigars are known for their rich, full-bodied flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, sweet spice, and caramel. The Nicaraguan long-filler blend is encased in a dark and oily Brazilian Maduro wrapper, contributing to its robust character. Other subtle notes are hints of toffee and a long finish.

    Coffee:  Coffee black or with a hint of cream and sugar, espresso, mocha latte.

  • This cigar has jammy, fruity notes, layers of peanut and a toasty undertone, combined to make the smoke of this robusto taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Some spicy woodiness rounds it all out for a sumptuous finish.
