  • The Asylum 10 LE 11/18 cigar is a limited edition cigar that celebrates Asylum’s 10th anniversary. It is a Honduran puro made with Honduran wrapper, binder, and filler tobaccos. It is known for its unique 11/18 vitola, a perfecto shape that is wider in the middle than the head and foot. Notes of cedar, earth, black pepper, nutmeg, cocoa, creamy sweet wood.

    Pairing Suggestions

    Coffee:  Strong black coffee or Espresso. 

    Soft Drinks: Darker sodas such as coke or Pepsi.  Spicy tea.

    Beer: Red Ale’s, IPA’s and Stouts.

    Spirits: Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo Tequilas, aged single malt scotch and whisky, aged dark rum, bourbon and cognac.

    Wine: Deep Reds with complexity like Cabernet, Bordeaux, Chianti.

  • The Asylum 13 Ogre barber pole cigar is known for its unique dual wrapper of Candela and Habano leaves, creating a barber pole effect. It offers a medium to full-bodied smoke with a mix of spicy, earthy, and grassy notes, along with hints of chocolate, pepper, and a mocha-like aftertaste. The initial flavors can include hay, citrus, and cedar when the Candela wrapper is lit, transitioning to chocolate and black pepper when the Habano leaf is encountered.

    Pairing Suggestions

    Coffee:  Coffee w/cream and sugar, Mocha Latte, Carmel macchiato.

    Soft Drinks: Darker maple sodas like Coke, Flavored sparkling waters, herbal teas.

    Beer: Pilsners, amber ales, IPA, hard seltzers.

    Spirits: Sipping Tequila, whisky, Single malt scotch, Islay peaty scotch, smokey bourbon.  Try with a whisky sour tor tequila sunrise to light up the notes of this cigar.

    Wine: Red Blends, Pinot Noir, Merlot, creamy white like Chardonnay will pair as well.

  • Known for their smooth, creamy, and sweet flavor profile with notes of nuts, earth, and spice. They feature a sweetened cap and an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, a combination not typically found in Asylum cigars. This blend is designed to be approachable for both new and experienced smokers, offering a mellow and calming experience. This cigar will give a few hours of enjoyment…so sit back and enjoy.

    Coffee:  Coffee w/cream and sugar, Vanilla or Mocha Latte.

    Soft Drinks: Flavored sparkling waters, crisp citrus sodas like Sprite or 7up.

    Beer: Light beer, pilsners, blond ales, hard ciders and seltzers.

    Spirits: Blanco Tequila, any margarita, Irish/Canadian whisky’s with honey, vanilla notes, vodka and gin with citrus mixers. White Russian or vanilla espresso martini.

    Wine: Sweeter Red Blends, Merlot, creamy white like Chardonnay.  Citrus white wines will pair as well like Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio.
